Dr. Stephen Amoah is a Finance and Investment Consultant and the Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso Constituency in the Ashanti region. In Parliament, he is a Member of the Finance Committee, as well as the Privileges and Entity Tender Committees. He is also a Member of the African Parliamentary Union (APU). Dr. Stephen Amoah is a Non-executive Director on the GB PIc Board and a member of the Risk and Audit Committees. Dr. Amoah is the CEO of Zintex Porfolio Services Limited and zintex Pharmaceutical Services Ltd. He is the former CEO of Microfinance and Small Loans Centre and Deputy National Coordinator of the NHIA. Besides, he was the CFO of Kencity Group of Media Company Ltd.
